Despite the efforts of the PSAC bargaining teams, there has been very little progress at the bargaining tables. The PSAC Whitehorse Regional Office will be offering strike training preparation training for all Treasury Board Units. Please see below for more details. A poster is attached.

After this training session, you will:

Know the obligations of respectful conduct on picket lines;

Have knowledge, skills and confidence to picket effectively;

Have the tools to create workable solutions to the personal challenges faced by members on strike, such as financial requirements;

Have the tools to conduct an effective strike;

Know the roles of strike participants.
