May 5th is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and Two-Spirit People (MMIWG2S), also known as Red Dress Day. It’s our collective responsibility to spread awareness.
Few actions to spread awareness:
– Hang a red dress in your home or office. Make it visible by the window or the door.
– Wear red on May 5th
– Wear Red Dress pin on May 5th
– Share facts and resource material on May 5th (and throughout the year!)
