Yukon Health & Safety Committee – Household Emergency Preparedness Event 1

The PSAC Yukon Health & Safety Committee is hosting two events on Household Emergency Preparedness offered to all PSAC members in the Yukon.
Yukon Government staff from the Protective Services – Emergency Measures Organization will give a presentation with the theme that resilient people make resilient systems. Topics will include:
- How to use the many family/household emergency plans online and how to adjust them
- What 72 hours of preparedness means and how to achieve that (kits, shelter in place supplies, and last-minute additions)
- Emergency Support Services in Yukon
The Committee will be raffling off one 72H RS Essential Backpack – Emergency Survival Kit at each event.
Juice and cookies will be provided.

For members outside of Whitehorse, credentials for attending this meeting will be shared prior to the event with those who RSVP as attending Virtually.
