REGISTER: Treasury Board Bargaining Information and Action Sessions – Yukon Members

As negotiations for PA, TC, and EB Treasury Board bargaining units remain at impasse, with conciliation scheduled for this Fall, it’s more important than ever that we continue building a strong network of engaged members across the North who are ready to support their Bargaining Teams and mobilize coworkers when needed. To support this effort, PSAC North is hosting Bargaining Information and Action Sessions in Whitehorse, Yellowknife, and Iqaluit.

ABOUT

These sessions are intended for Treasury Board members who want to:

  • Learn more about the current status of bargaining
  • Take a more active role in supporting their Bargaining Team
  • Help ensure members in their workplace are informed, engaged, and prepared to take collective action if required.

Participants must:

  • Be a Treasury Board member in good standing.
  • Work in one of the three Northern territories
  • Be willing to help engage and mobilize fellow members in their workplace and community in support of the Bargaining Teams.

The sessions will focus on:

  • Leadership development
  • Member engagement
  • Effective communication
  • Organizing and mobilization skills

The session will also provide a foundation for future mobilization and strike-readiness training should it become necessary.

PSAC will pay for travel, accommodation, loss of salary and benefits (where applicable).

Space is limited, and registrations will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to secure your spot!
