In response to physical distancing and self-isolating during this time of COVID19, PSAC North Regional Yukon Indigenous Peoples’ Committee invites PSAC members, to join Gramma Susie through the magic of Zoom, to hear the story of Phyllis Webstad and her orange shirt.
