A trade war is inevitable. It’s happening. An isolated fortress built across the border. And many Canadians are responding by buying Canadian. Whether we feel it or not, we are all affected by Trump’s aggressive and unfair trade war. He believes that trade wars are good and easy to win. He loves to win, but trade wars are not good for the economy or workers on either side of the boarder.

Women experiencing homelessness face an added challenge every month.

The NWT Disabilities Council has launched a donation drive asking for feminine hygiene products to help women experiencing homelessness access the appropriate supplies they need. 

Responding to this important call, PSAC North’s NWT Regional Women’s Committee donated hygiene products to the council. The committee encourages people to help support this initiative.
