Anne Juneau

Since 1989, Anne has been involved in Union activities as a member of Canada Employment and Immigration Union, and a member of UNW. Her involvement has impressed upon her the necessity of being active in your Union to any capacity that you can. To that end, as a Regional Representative responsible for educating, representing and assisting members to become and remain involved in their Union, fulfills a passion she truly believes in.

Stephen Bedingfield

Stephen Bedingfield is the Regional Negotiator serving the North out of the PSAC Yellowknife Office. Stephen has lived North of 60 with his wife Lynn since the mid-1970's, where they have raised their family. He served twenty years as the executive director of a social housing agency at the municipal level in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut, while receiving his Diploma in Municipal Administration from McMaster's University. This was followed by a three-year stint with the Nunavut Employees Union as a regional service officer in Cambridge Bay. Stephen was instrumental in founding, and since 1997 has served on the Board of Directors, of the Northern Employee Benefits Services, a not-for-profit corporation providing group insurance and pension products to Northerners. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Northern Arts and Cultural Centre (where he also serves as an usher).

Stephen's diverse interests include computer networking (an early adopter in 1982), corresponding with friends, astronomy (Life Member RASC, AAVSO, SETI) and star parties, travelling, music (eclectic tastes), and art appreciation (abstract expressionism, figures).

Steve Petersen

Steve is responsible for regional organizing, the Northern Territories Federation of Labour WCB proposal, PSAC North Health and Safety Committee, and the NT Area Council.
