PSAC Nunavut Area Council-Annual General Meeting
The Public Service Alliance of Canada Iqaluit Regional office will be hosting the Nunavut Area Council AGM Tuesday,December 1, 2009 @ 7:30pm at our office boardroom located at Building 1412, Sikituuq Court (across from Nunavut Hair Studio, look for our sign, "PSAC NORTH Iqaluit Regional Office").
All members are encouraged to attend the meeting. This meeting is open to all PSAC members including:
- Nunavut Employees Union (NEU) members working for GN; QEC/NPC; Hamlets; City of Iqaluit; Housing Associations
- National Component (eg: DIAND; Parks; PWGS)
Agenda will include discussing the roles and responsibilities of the Area Council and elections of officers. All PSAC Committee members are also encouraged to attend (eg: H&S; RWC).
Brother Jean-Francois DesLauriers, PSAC North Regional Executive Vice-President will also be in attendance.
Come on down for this important event, meet fellow union members and let your name stand for this politically active committee which represents Nunavut's interests!
